Consulting services begin with a conversation to identify the goals of the consultation.  Collaboratively, I will recommend and discuss the appropriateness for an on-site or virtual consultation or a combination of both.  Consultation includes preliminary conversations, a contract, reading and review of documents prior to an onsite or virtual consultation.  For accreditation consulting, I will complete mock interviews with people who will be interviewed during the actual onsite visit. After the consultation, a report is written and submitted within 2 weeks. 

Most reports include a description of the evidence/findings related to consultation objectives, strengths, areas of challenge, recommendations AND resources to address the areas for development.  The reports are confidential.  I am available to answer questions related to the submitted report.  Unless directed otherwise, I will schedule a check-in to determine if there are additional questions, or if additional consultation is desired.
